    Chris Surfleet, a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (#2082), has over 14 years of experience as a hydrologist and watershed specialist working with state and federal agencies and private entities throughout Oregon and California. Chris has extensive experience conducting hydrologic and watershed analysses, aquatic habitat conservation plans, and TMDL compliance as well as design and implementation of research studies and publication in peer reviewed journals.
